Sumo Medical Staffing is recruiting an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner Locum to work coverage in Salem, Oregon. Starting, as soon as credentialed. Ask if you are a Locum considering a Permanent roll-over.
The Family Nurse Practitioner Role:
Setting: Clinic/outpatient only. No Call, no weekends.
Census: Adults under court order
Procedures: General Care. Physicals. History. Chronic maintenance.
Scope: In-person and possible telephone consults.
PPD: 4-8
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5 p, Full-time
EMR: Avatar
Start: Anticipated November 2025.
Requirements of the Family Nurse Practitioner role:
OR state license; active, unrestricted.
Board certified (BE considered), CSR License.
Certifications – BLS.
Clean Malpractice will be given preference.
CV education and work history in MM/YYYY format
