NEW Primary Care Role for an Experienced Advanced Practitioner in Rural Oregon

Job description

Job Specifics:

1.0 FTE (34 hours per week) working 4.5 days a week
Call schedule: phone call only with 1-2 days a month plus one weekend every 2-3 months
Templated schedule of 40/30 or 30/15 minute visits

Job Requirements:

Excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented.
Eligibility to work in the United States
Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program/Nurse Practitioner program
Licensed in the State of Oregon
Experience required.

• Routine wellness visits, chronic care management, and acute care visits.
