📋 Contract Details
🔹 Assignment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
🔹 Anticipated Start Date: As soon as credentialed
🔹 Assignment Length: 6 months
🔹 Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts only – No call
🔹 Schedule: Second Half rotation (Wednesday–Saturday)
🔹 Average Schedule: Approximately 34 hours per week with 10-hour weekdays, 9-hour weekend shifts, and a half-day Wednesday
🔹 Full-time availability required
🔹 Travel, lodging, and rental car assistance provided for eligible assignments
🔹 Credentialing: Approximately 30 days with active Oregon license; up to 90 days if licensing is needed
🏥 Site Details & Clinical Scope
🔹 Float Pool serving outpatient clinics throughout the Portland metro area
🔹 Opportunity to float to multiple nearby clinic locations, including occasional coverage in Vancouver, Washington, if needed
🔹 Provide both urgent care and primary care services
🔹 Care for patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics
🔹 See approximately 18–22 patients per day
🔹 Scheduled appointments with no expectation to stay late for walk-in volume
🔹 Support from medical assistants and office staff
🔹 Perform routine urgent care procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, splinting, suturing, injections, pelvic exams, and other common office procedures
📋 Candidate Requirements
🔹 Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
🔹 Active Oregon Nurse Practitioner license required or willingness to obtain licensure
🔹 Active DEA required
🔹 Minimum of 2 years of Urgent Care experience required
🔹 Eligible to participate in the Medicare program
🔹 ACLS preferred
🔹 Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan in both urgent care and primary care settings
🔹 Flexible and willing to float between clinic locations as needed
