Home Health NP/PA opportunity available in SC
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: Short-Term or Long-Term basis
Schedule: Flexible Schedule- Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required) 7a-7p
Additional Details:
- Average visits per day: 6-9 visits daily
- Conduct pre scheduled In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.

Licensure: Active SC license required (assistance available if needed)
Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 7-30 days
