• We need someone there ASAP, so a WA license will be required 30-45 day privileging
• Ideally, commit to a 5-day work week, but we’ll consider people that can provide 3-5 day commitments at a time(8 hour days)
• The locations average 16-18 patients per day(solo provider – might have APC coverage)
• 3 month assignment
