A primary care clinic is seeking a family medicine nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located 2hrs northwest of Spoake, Washington.

About the clinician's workday

Credentialing for this position takes approximately 2-4 weeks. The role follows a 4-10 hour shift schedule, with workdays from Tuesday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. The facility uses Cerner for its EMR system. The ideal candidate will have a Washington license, DEA certification, and preferably be Board Certified, though Board Eligible candidates will be considered. BLS/ACLS certifications are preferred, and while a COVID vaccination is not required, the locum provider must be willing to establish and manage patient care during the recruitment process, with the plan to transition patients to the newly recruited provider. Ideally, the provider will have 3-5 years of family practice clinic experience. Experience in OB, chronic pain management, Suboxone, CDL physicals, and L & I/COHE (Workers Comp) visits would be beneficial but is not required.
