The clinician will provide comprehensive family medicine care to juvenile patients aged 11-25 in a correctional facility environment, managing approximately 10 patients daily while working 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options of either four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts. The position requires board certification or board eligibility, BLS certification, DEA registration, and Washington state licensure, with preference given to candidates having previous corrections or urgent care experience and at least 2 years of clinical experience. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, managing acute and chronic medical conditions, and collaborating with security personnel, medical assistants, nursing staff, and administrative support to ensure optimal patient care within the specialized correctional healthcare setting.
