This correctional facility delivers outpatient and clinic-based primary care services to an adult patient population in a secure clinical environment in Washington state. The facility operates with established protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery to support consistent care for the patient population. Clinical workflows are structured to address the primary and chronic care needs of the patients served.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a correctional facility in Washington, working Tuesday through Friday on four 10-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with an expected caseload of 8-15 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include injury management, acute illness treatment, follow-up visits, physicals, complicated chronic care management, urgent care, acute care, and minor procedures within a structured correctional environment. Required credentials include an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine board certification (negotiable), BLS, Washington state license, DEA registration, and prescriptive authority. Credentialing for this position is estimated at 1-7 days.
