Position Overview
A multi-specialty practice in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a bilingual Russian/English Primary Care Physician to provide compassionate, patient-centered medical care. The physician will join a collaborative healthcare team focused on improving community health outcomes and delivering high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be available but are not essential.

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Active New York State medical license
Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Minimum of 1 year of Primary Care experience
Bilingual in Russian and English
Strong bedside manner and excellent communication skills
Cultural competence and ability to work effectively with a diverse patient population
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, including hypertension, diabetes, and other common primary care conditions
Prescribe medications, administer treatments, and monitor patient progress
Provide preventive care, including immunizations, screenings, and wellness counseling
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Document patient encounters, test results, diagnoses, and treatment plans accurately
Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care when appropriate
Educate patients regarding their conditions, medications, and preventive health
Maintain compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, standards, and ethical requirements
