Position Overview
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an enthusiastic and patient-focused Primary Care Physician to join a boutique-style fertility clinic in the heart of New York City. The ideal physician will provide comprehensive primary and reproductive healthcare while working closely with fertility specialists and the broader clinical team. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with at least two years of professional experience preferred.

Work Schedule
The position is on-site and available on a full-time or part-time basis.
Full-time schedule: 3 weekdays, Saturday, Sunday
Part-time schedule: Any preferred number of weekdays Saturday, Sunday
⚠️ Weekend availability is mandatory for this position.
Qualifications
✅ Education: M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
✅ Licensure: Active New York State Medical License required
✅ Certification: Board Certified
✅ Experience: New graduates are welcome; at least 2 years of professional experience is preferred
✅ Clinical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive primary care, women's health, and reproductive health assessments
✅ Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and support staff
✅ Work Environment: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting
✅ Professional Approach: Enthusiastic, adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality patient care
✅ Additional Requirement: Ability to commute to New York City
Key Responsibilities
The Primary Care Physician will provide comprehensive medical care to patients within the fertility clinic and collaborate with the fertility care team.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing primary and reproductive healthcare to patients in a fertility clinic setting
Conducting initial consultations, medical assessments, and physical examinations
Evaluating patients' overall health and identifying relevant medical concerns
Developing and managing individualized care plans in collaboration with fertility specialists
Coordinating care with specialists, nurses, and other clinical support staff
Supporting patients throughout their fertility and reproductive healthcare journey
Maintaining accurate, complete, and timely medical documentation
Ensuring appropriate follow-up and continuity of care
Participating in performance improvement initiatives
