Job description

Setting: Typical Outpatient Primary Care setting - physicals, annual follow-ups, med reconciliation, etc.
Volume: 12-15/day; some chronic care cases
Ages: 12 years up. Mostly adults
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday 8a-5p (can be made into a M-Th 8a-5p)
Contract: 3-6 months with potential extension
Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks
BLS, ACLS (recommended)
DEA
Preferably MI state license
