Job description

📅 Assignment Details
Schedule: 3 x 8-hour shifts per week
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Flexibility: Providers can help build their own schedule
🏥 Practice Setting
Setting: Onsite, community-based pop-up clinics
Providers travel between clinic locations
🩺 Work Details
Patient Volume: 6–30 patients per shift (varies by site)

Responsibilities Include:

Preventative care evaluations
Health screenings and assessments
Patient education and documentation

📌 No prescribing
📌 No medication management

Support Structure:

2 NPs/APPs per clinic site
