Job description

Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for coverage with Arizona
- Contract length: January 2026 – June 2026, with the ability to extend
- Credentialing timeframe: roughly 6-8 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Treating all ages (Adult NP will treat ages 18+)
- Roughly 15 patients per day
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Any state license is accepted
- Travel/lodging accommodations Available
