Job description

Family Nurse Practitioner locum opportunity in Phoenix, AZ available. This is a full-time outpatient primary care role with an ongoing assignment and no call.

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday
• 9a–5p
• No call
• Start: ASAP
• Ongoing coverage

Practice:
• Outpatient clinic / community health setting
• All ages patient population
• Full support staff (MA, RN, care coordinators, behavioral health)
• Team-based, patient-centered care model
• Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and follow-ups

Requirements:
• Board Certified Family NP
• Active AZ license or IMLC
• DEA required
• BLS required (ACLS preferred)
• 3+ years outpatient experience preferred
