• Cases: Typical Primary Care outpatient cases. The provider will be seeing patients 12 and older. These cases are quick and are typically walk-in, with some scheduled visits.
• Dates of Coverage: 6 months with the option to extend.
• Estimated Start Date: Mid-June.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days.
• Licensure: Must have an active California license.
