Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (8-hour shifts, lunch required)
Orientation: Mandatory full week, Monday–Friday

This organization offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities across Brick & Mortar Clinics, School-Based Clinics, Homeless Shelters, and Mobile Clinics. Can discuss options over the phone!

About the Roles:
• All-ages primary care (must be comfortable seeing pediatrics through adults, depending on the setting some may be adults only/pediatric only)
• Average 21+ patients per day
• Supported by dedicated clinical staff
• EMR: Epic
• Full-time schedule available
• Active NP license in California required
• Credentialing within 30 days or less
