Role Summary
Manage Urgent Care and Medical Weight Loss cases; HRT/TRT optional
Work fully remote within approved states
Monthly scheduling flexibility with self-submitted availability
Minimum 20 hours of synchronous patient care per week
Providers with 8+ active state licenses auto-qualify (pending normal screening)
Fewer than 8 licenses evaluated by a points-based scoring model
Scheduling & Work Expectations
Open calendar windows monthly for patients to book synchronous appointments
Optional additional shifts available
Asynchronous chart reviews can be completed flexibly—even overnight—from an appropriate professional setting
Operating Hours (EST):
MWL: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 a.m.
Urgent Care: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
TRT/HRT: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
Providers supporting multiple verticals follow the longest combined operational window
Eligibility & Credentialing
Must be Medicare-eligible
Clinicians on the Medicare Opt-Out list cannot be onboarded
PECOS verification required at submission
Training + onboarding typically 2–5 weeks, dependent on background checks and responsiveness
