Contract: 4 mo with option to extend. Start date in June.
Schedule: every week
Work Details:
• Support staff: MAs, LVN
• Patients per day: typically no more than 14 in a day
• Patient population/age: all ages
• Department description: all types of family medicine, tend to see a lot of newborns and younger children due to proximity to children's hospital. Biggest population is general adult population
They do have imbedded services like integrated behavioral health, therapy, and dermatology. They have an easy referral program over to some of their imbedded services.
• EMR: epic
Requirements:
• Board Certification: A-GNP-C, ANP-C, FNP-C, GNP-C, AGPCNP-BC, ANP-BC, FNP-BC, GNP-BC, ACNP-BC, AGACNP-BC, ACNPC-AG, ACNPC
• License required: yes, CA license required - no licensing
• DEA: yes, CA DEA required
• Certifications required: AHA BLS
• Minimum 2 years experience in Family Medicine, may also consider Primary Care. Providers need to have experience with all ages.
• Spanish, Chinese, or Russian speaking skills highly preferred
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
