The nurse practitioner will provide outpatient primary care services Monday through Friday, with 8-hour or 10-hour shift options available, treating patients of all ages at this Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Ventura, California. Clinical responsibilities include managing acute care needs, delivering minor women's health services, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. Clinicians are expected to be comfortable treating patients across all age groups and managing a caseload of 22-28 patients per day depending on shift length. Each clinician is supported by two dedicated medical assistants, with MD, APP, and LVN staff also present on-site.
