Family Practice APP Opportunity – Spanish-Speaking Providers | Los Angeles, CA

Job description

Full-time outpatient opportunity with a flexible schedule, including 8-hour shifts and potential 12-hour shifts based on clinic needs

Choose from 1–2 evening shifts per week, with part-time availability also considered

Work across a network of 11 clinic locations throughout the Los Angeles area, with a home base in Inglewood and potential floating to nearby sites

See approximately 18 patients per day in a collaborative environment with medical assistants, RNs, LVNs, and on-site behavioral health support

Provide primary care in a well-supported clinic setting with access to multiple resources at each location

Spanish-speaking providers required; medical Spanish accepted

12–14-week credentialing timeframe, with an anticipated start upon credentialing
