Credentialing: 15-30 days (must have Colorado Medicaid #)
PPD – 25-35
Facility –UC Clinic
Dates – ASAP 3 months to start with possibility of extension)
Other info: Great probably of going longer than 3 months! Client would prefer a local candidate if possible but is reviewing all applicants regardless of needing expenses covered or not.
