Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary Care / Specialty

Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join our growing healthcare team across multiple locations in Kansas, Connecticut, and Illinois. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment while supporting organizational goals for patient outcomes and operational excellence.
We offer both full-time and locum opportunities, providing flexibility based on candidate preference and availability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
Manage acute and chronic conditions in accordance with clinical guidelines
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in EMR systems
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and state-specific healthcare regulations
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (NP program)
Active or eligible Nurse Practitioner license in Kansas, Connecticut, or Illinois
National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
Minimum 1–2+ years of clinical experience preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
