Home Health Nurse Practitioners Needed in Washington D.C.
Target Start Date: As soon as credentialed ~ 4 weeks
Contract Length: Short-term or long-term options available (Full-time, Part-time, Ongoing Contract)
Schedule: Flexible, Monday–Sunday, 8a–8p (No nights, weekends optional)
Job Details:
Conduct pre-scheduled in-home health evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
Visits include medication and medical history review and physical evaluation (no prescribing, ordering labs, or altering treatment plans)
Average visits per day: 6-8 assessments
Minimum availability of 20 hours per week required
Maximum travel distance between assessments: approximately 20 miles
Assessment kits and iPad provided
Requirements:
Board Certification: Required
Active State NP License Required
Education: Master's Degree Required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
Comfortable with home visits and electronic documentation
Credentialing Timeframe: ~30 days (typically 4 weeks)
Location: Counties available all over the state; please inquire
