Job Description:
TCMA Care Needs an NP/PA's in Sebring Florida!
- Clinic Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a – 7p / Saturday 8a – 3p / Sunday 9a – 3p (30 min paid lunch)
- Every other weekend Required. (Will also consider a potential 3rd provider that can do weekends only)
- 60 -100 PPD (total)
- Very Fast Paced
- All ages – 6 month +
- ACLS, BLS, PALS, DOT
- EMR: E-clinical works
- Typical visits/procedures: Occ Med (DOT physicals), Suture/staples/splint/UTI, Sick/well, Mental health, addiction medicine (suboxone), women’s health
- Staff makeup: 4 MAs, Lead MA, 1 X-ray tech, 1 Front desk admin, Office manager, and Site Supervisor
- 1 MD on staff, works 36 hours per week
- Credentialing timeframe: 1-4 weeks
- Interview process: Phone call with Alicia, next step is Teams calls with staff
- Onboarding: ECW training, 3 days of shadowing
