We are currently seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a corporate outpatient clinic providing care to employees and their family members (ages 12+). This is a PRN/contract position with an immediate start and the potential to extend beyond the initial timeframe.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to perform well-woman exams, including Pap smears.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary care, wellness, and acute care services
Treat patients ages 12 and older (some sites include ages 2+)
Manage chronic conditions, perform physicals, and handle sick visits
Complete well-woman exams and Pap smears
Complete basic in-clinic procedures (preferred, not required)
May handle initial reports of workplace injuries (not a Workers’ Comp clinic)
Paper charting until EMR access is granted
Schedule & Volume:
Dates: ASAP through November 28
Days: Monday – Friday
Patient Load: 2–4 patients per hour
Qualifications:
FNP Certification: Nationally Certified
Licensure: Active and unrestricted state license
DEA license: Required
CSR license: If applicable by state
Experience:
2+ years of experience preferred, but not always required
Comfortable with chronic care and women’s health
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
