Coverage Dates: Bradenton, Florida
• December: 15, 17, 19, 22, 23, 24 (8a–3p), 26, 29, 30, 31 (8a–3p)
Clinic Hours:
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
Practice Details:
• Patient age: 6 months and up
• Volume: 28–40 patients per day (Mon–Fri); 10–15 per day (Sat/Sun)
• Primary & Urgent Care (including suturing)
• No X-ray; limited on-site labs
• DOT preferred but not required
• Support: Front desk + experienced MA
• DEA required
