Primary Care NP/PA Needed in Florida

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00am–6:00pm; Friday, 8:00am–12:30pm; Saturday, 8:00am–12:30pm. Approximately 1–2 extended weekdays/month from 8:00am–8:00pm.

• Outpatient Primary Care and STD/STI evaluation and treatment
• Approximately 15–35 patients/day depending on volume
• Walk-in patients accepted
• eClinicalWorks EMR
• Mileage reimbursement available

Active Florida License Required

Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 2–3 weeks
