About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to an adult patient population at an on-site state hospital facility, working Monday through Friday on a 40-hour weekly schedule with no call and no weekend requirements. Clinical responsibilities include chronic care management, medication management, minor acute issue evaluation, and wellness checks. Full behavioral health and medical support staff, including MDs, APPs, and RNs, are available on-site to facilitate coordinated care delivery.
