Job description

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

• Family Practice/Urgent Care coverage
• Approximately 15 patients/day
• All-ages patient population
• Urgent Care experience preferred
• Cerner EMR
• NP or PA considered
• 2 full-time providers needed

Active Idaho License Required

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
