Monday thru Friday (8 am - 5 pm) - Physician or PA only - No NP -
• Provider rounding at all Chicago clinics
• 8am - 5pm M-F
• Needs DOT certification and ability to suture
• Must be able to suture, splint, and read Xrays
• All ages (2+)
• 20-25 patients per day
• BLS and DEA required
• 1-2 week credentialing
