Job description

A male correctional facility is seeking a nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.
The facility is located 1 hour south of Springfield, Illinois. Springfield, Massachusetts is home to a 24/7 casino and entertainment complex for you to enjoy while off-duty! There are also all kinds of authentic Greek and BBQ food all around the city. On top of that there are plenty of museums and parks to enjoy your time off as well.
The schedule is Monday Friday 8a-5p or 4, 10s. The facility uses paper dictation. Required certifications include BLS, DEA, IL, and two years' experience as a NP/PA preferred. Duties include injury, acute illness, follow ups, physicals, and corrections. Cred time is 2-4 weeks.
