Job description

Primary Care Nurse Practitioner locum opportunity available in Central IL. This role offers flexible scheduling with in-home health evaluations and no call required.

Schedule:
• Flexible Monday–Sunday availability
• 7a–7p scheduling window
• No nights required
• No call
• Start: May 2026 (as soon as credentialed)
• Short-term, long-term, PRN, part-time, or full-time options

Practice:
• Home Health setting
• 6–9 in-home evaluations per day
• Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial members
• No prescribing, no lab orders, no treatment changes
• Pre-populated documentation forms provided
• Travel support available (eligibility-based)

Requirements:
• Board Certified NP
• Master’s degree required
• Active IL license (licensing not available)
• NPI required

Credentialing: Approximately 1–3 weeks
