FNP role in Indianapolis- July start

Job description

Primary care role available in Indianapolis starting in July for maternity coverage - 90 day assignment*
Facility is an FQHC on the eastern side of the city
Monday- Friday 40 hrs a week
20-22 patients per day, must be able to see all ages
EMR: Epic
Scope: wellness visits, sick care, chronic care, some light acute care cases
Requirements: IN license, DEA, BLS, BC in family medicine
