Locum to Perm role - Fort Wayne, IN

FT FNP Need in Ft Wayne, IN
M-F, 7:30-5:00 PM
Must be comfortable with GLP 1s (50% of patient population on GLP-1s)
Single provider clinic with MA on staff to assist with triage
Provider may need to be assist with triage during peak hours
8-15 patients/day
Primarily adults, but some peds patients
Elation EMR
ASAP start date
6-8 week assignment
Virtual interview with practice manager, then onsite interview

• FNP needed
• Lots of GLP patients
• 6 weeks as a locum, then transition to perm
