Job description

• Need a family medicine NP/PA
• Certifications: BLS
• Must be fully vaccinated and be able to pass a physical
• 8 HR Shifts M-F 8-5
• 18-21 patients seen per day
• Will see ages 4 and up
• Support staff to include individual MA for each provider, with overseeing physician

• ASAP
