Family Practice, NP Needed in Louisiana:
Start Date: 9/7/2026 or As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Schedule: 5 Days, 8 am - 5 pm
Job Details: Conduct 5–6 home health assessments per day (Possibly will see in-home patients if they live close in the county)
- Perform annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
- Assessment-only role — no treatment or prescribing required
- Escalate urgent findings to the patient’s PCP
Louisiana State License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
