Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Potential future evening & Saturday hours)

Salary: $105,000 – $142,100 / year (Commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Bilingual Physician Assistant (PA) fluent in Vietnamese to join our dedicated healthcare team in New Orleans, LA. In this mission-driven community health setting, you will provide full-scope outpatient primary care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

This role offers a predictable weekday schedule, robust clinical support, and substantial loan repayment eligibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact in a diverse, culturally rich community.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care services across all age groups (pediatric, adult, and geriatric).

Manage acute and chronic health conditions and deliver preventive healthcare services.

Maintain a manageable workload of 18–22 patients per day.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical support staff to ensure quality patient care and efficient workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements
Licensure: Active Louisiana Physician Assistant (PA) license (or eligible to obtain).

Language: Bilingual in Vietnamese (Required).

Patient Scope: Comfortable evaluating and treating pediatric through geriatric populations.

Experience: 1+ years of primary care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Base Salary: $105,000 – $142,100 per year.

Student Loan Repayment: Up to $100,000 in loan repayment eligibility.
