Job description

Need: Locum Family Medicine APP
Location: Maine
Rate: hourly
Expenses: Airfare, Lodging, Rental Car, Gas
Start date and duration of need: Asap start, ongoing until they fill their 2 perm vacancies
Schedule: Weekly need, 7:30am-4:30pm; 4 clinical days, 1 admin day completed remotely
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Scope: All ages, adult health care, care management, geriatric care, gynecology, integrated behavior health. Must be comfortable with pap smears/pelvic exams.
Patients per day: 17
Certifications needed: Active Maine License
EMR system: SCM
Setting: Outpatient
