· Weekday shifts are 12 hrs.
· Weekend shifts are 10 hrs.
· Provider required to perform urgent care procedures
· Facility performs DOT and occupational med procedures, but not required for locums
· Preferring candidate local to the Twin Cities area, but for the right candidate, will consider mileage/lodging
4-5 week credentialing
Must be able to xrays- no xray tech
