Tele/Home Health Nurse Practitioner Needed in Mississippi
Location: Hinds County (Jackson, MS area)
Start Date: July 6, 2026, or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: Month-to-Month with option to extend
Position Highlights
Full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
Schedule can be worked anytime between Sunday–Saturday
One-hour lunch break included
Equipment provided and shipped directly to the provider
70% Telehealth / 30% Home Health
Home visits scheduled within a 30-mile radius of your address
Must be comfortable seeing both pediatric and adult patients
Schedules released 2–3 weeks in advance
1–3 hours of paid orientation
Additional education modules completed during downtime while working
Role Overview
Conduct annual risk assessments and chronic condition reviews
Assessment-only role
No prescribing, treatment planning, or ordering labs
Escalate urgent findings to the patient's PCP
Average daily volume:
Telehealth only: 12–14 patients per day
Home visits only: 6–7 patients per day
Mixed schedule: approximately 10 patients per day
Requirements
Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Active Mississippi License Required
Must be enrolled/credentialed with Medicare
Comfortable seeing pediatric and adult patients
Compensation: Paid per completed assessment
