FNP | Missouri | Telehealth + Home Health

Job description

Family Nurse Practitioner locum opportunity in Missouri available. This is a hybrid telehealth and home health role with flexible, month-to-month coverage.

Schedule:
• Start: May 2026
• Full-time, Monday – Friday
• 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Month-to-month assignment (with extension options)
• No call

Practice:
• Hybrid model: ~70–80% telehealth / 20–30% in-home visits
• Travel limited to local driving radius
• ~6–10 patient interactions per day
• Assessment-only role (no prescribing or treatment changes)
• Adult and pediatric patient population
• Equipment provided by client

Requirements:
• Board Certified FNP
• Active MO license (licensing not available)
• Must be comfortable seeing both adults and pediatrics

Credentialing:
• Quick start available
