Job Description:
Locum Nurse Practitioner – Bozeman, MT
Start Date: November 1st
Assignment Length: Approximately 4 weeks
Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
Position Highlights
• Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Lunch: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Patient Volume: Approximately 7 patients per day
o 4 provider visits
o 3 nurse visits with provider oversight as needed
Patient Population
• Primarily adult primary care
• Some pediatric patients for:
o Acute care visits
o School physicals
Appointment Times
• Standard visits: 60 minutes
• Comprehensive physicals: 90 minutes
• Physical follow-up appointments: 60 minutes (typically one week later)
EMR
• Athena
• Dragon Medical Dictation
Required Experience
The ideal provider should be comfortable with:
• Primary Care
• Occupational Medicine
• Workers' Compensation
DOT Certification preferred, but not required.
Assignment Overview
PMR Healthcare is seeking a Locum Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage while they recruit a permanent provider. This is a low-volume outpatient clinic offering longer appointment times, allowing providers to deliver quality patient care in a supportive practice setting.
