Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5 Days, 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Flexible Schedule- Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required) 7a-7p
Job Details: Conduct pre scheduled In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members.
New Jersey State License Required (We can help license you!)
Credentialing Timeframe: 7 days to 6-8 weeks
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
