• Full time 9:30a-5:30p
• ASAP start-Ongoing
• Open to FNP/FPA or FP
• 2 years of experience in primary care
• 20-25 patients per day
• Basic primary care sick and well visits
• Must be able to see all ages
• No newborns
• EMR: Advanced Data Systems (ADS)
• Medicare and Medicaid would be a BIG plus
