Location: Hawthorne, NY
Pay rate: $85+/hr 1099
Opportunity Overview:
-Schedule: 9a-5p, 4 days per week
-No call required
-Daily Census: 16-17
-Patient Population: All ages
-EMR: Elation Health

-Must be able to work independently, No New Grads.

Provider will be working independently, there will be a medical assistant and receptionist in clinic.
