Job description

• Willing to accept a NP or PA
• Full Time
• Mon-Fri (8a-5p) some Saturdays possible
• ~15-25 patients per day
• 95% Appointments / Limited walk-ins
• 32 clinical hours and 8 admin hours
• Sick and Well Visits/Basic Primary Care
• Full Support Staff
• Active License and DEA required
