Job description

Willing to consider a FNP or ANP
Must be Board Certified
1+ year experience needed
Basic primary care: sick and well visits, vaccines, chronic care management, etc.
Must have active license, DEA, and Medicaid
Credentialing timeline: 30 days or less

• No weekends
• Full Support Staff
