About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an expected caseload of 18-22 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities encompass general family medicine services, including acute and chronic care management for a diverse patient population across all age groups. Candidates must hold an active New York nursing license, be enrolled in Medicaid, and possess prescriptive authority. FQHC experience is preferred for this position.
