Family Practice
Job Details:
• Location: Charlotte, NC
• Patients Per Day: 18 – 20 ppd
• Ages Seen: All ages
• Bilingual/Spanish Preferred, not required
• IUD insertion and or suboxone injection experience is a plus, not required.
• 40 hours per week as needed (4x10 or 5x8 Monday – Friday)
• Medical Director will oversee the provider
• EMR: Epic
• Bread and Butter Community Health cases
• Highly prefer local candidates, as this assignment may extend longer.
• Open to travel and lodging for the right candidate.
