Family Practice, Urgent Care
1. Location: Boone, North Carolina
2. Start Date: 11/03/2025
3. Must be willing to work every other weekend
4. Most likely will be solo coverage, but will have remote support from MD's and other providers
5. Support: CMA, office manager, front desk team
6. PPD: 40-45 ppd, estimated since it's a new clinic
7. Ages seen: 0-99
8. Credentialing timeframe: 1-2 weeks
9. Lab and Rad Tech on site
10. Certifications: BLS or ACLS & PALS
11. DEA Required, provider can get started without DEA, but must be completed before end of assignment
12. DOT is Required to be considered
13. EMR: Athena
14. 1-2 weeks of training
15. Travel and Lodging will be considered
16. Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
